What process do I use to achieve goals?

5. Evaluation Methods - Use evaluation data to make decisions, Make evaluations useful for your business.

How long will this take?

- The Training Audit is a 90-minute session + an emailed report with 48-72 hours
- Training Transformation Group Program is an 8-week program, includes 1:1 meetings
- Employee/Volunteer Onboarding & Training take a generally 3 months, yet depends on the amount of content used.

How much will it cost to work with Dr. Carrie Graham?

- The Training Audit costs $750.
- Training Transformation Group Program costs $3,500.
- Employee/Volunteer Onboarding & Training starts at $15,000, this is based on how much content is involved.

- Non-profit 503(c)(3) organizations can apply a 20% discount.

Can my team attend meetings?

Collaboration with key team members is important and welcome to join meetings to guide their implementation of recommendations.

Do you create training content?

No. However, all recommendations include insights for how to create effective content efficiently.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes. Fifty percent (50%) is due prior to scheduling your first session.
