This question is for Chief Learning Officers, Human Resource and Training Directors, do you have evidence that your trainings are an effective strategy to ensure workforce learning comprehension, retention, and accurate application.

  • Four 60-90-minute videos of 100 slides each

  • Total of 17 hours and 1,500 slides

When was the last time you sat for 4 hours watching 250 slides and was able to retain and apply the information? Clearly, this is an ineffective training method for working adults.
