The Learning & Development Podcast | Hosted by David James

Speaking with David James was exciting, thought provoking, and a time for us to yell from the hill tops the value of integrating adult learning and instructional design best practices to support employee learning and development. His passion for using validated research findings to strategically create workplace learning experiences is what every corporation needs.

Client's Feedback

Listener comment: Dr. Carrie Graham I think designing learning so that it happens in the environment where the learner will actually use those skills is a great take away, and something many companies struggle with. We are still very much stuck in 'classroom' style training. Also, providing opportunities for problem solving! Lots of useful points to takeaway, those were just off the top of my head.
