Dr. Graham - Hands down the biggest misconception is that your business needs a course. I can understand why people have that idea because the online market would suggest you have to have a course but the reality is a course doesn't fit everyone's business. It doesn't fit your personality or the learning style for your audience. It makes me crazy honestly when I hear 'oh you just need a course because there are other ways to support learning in a structured format that is not bound by time and content and ultimately that's what of course is.
